Ths history of Bramer Banking Corporation goes back to 1989. Since then, it has made quite some progress. For a six-month period ending on the 30th of June, it reached a profit before tax of Rs 43.2 million.
The bank was known as the South East Asian Bank (SEAB) decades ago, in 1989. In 2008, British American Investment (BAI) made the acquisition of the company and it became Bramer Bank since. BAI was already set up in the country for more than 40 years. Then,the bank merged with Mauritius Leasing (ML) in 2012.
Bramer Banking Corporation, catering for Mauritius financial services, recorded a profit before tax amounting up to Rs 43.2 million from the start of this year to the 30th of June 2014. The numbers have increased around four times as compared to last year’s. This year has sure witnessed great increases for the company – the financial statement included glorious numbers recorded for 2014.
