An agreement has been signed between Air Mauritius and Changi Airport and Singapore Airlines. The Prime Minister, Sir Anerood Jugnauth (SAJ), has described the contract as “historical”. His aim is to encourage tourism and commercial exchanges between the two countries.
SAJ wishes to propel Mauritius into another era of development by making it even more prominent in this part of the world. He explains that as per the agreement, Changi Airport will promote the island and Air Mauritius, specially in Asia.
Furthermore, Changi Airport will help Mauritius financially while Singapore Airlines will assist with its expertise.
