Condor Airlines Technical Problem: Emergency Landing in Greece

A Condor Airlines aircraft with over 60 Mauritian passengers has had to execute an emergency landing at the airport of Greece on Sunday night, July 3.

The airplane made a forced landing on July 3 in Greece because of a technical problem. Onboard were 234 passengers, including 60 Mauritians, who were bound to Mauritius; the airplane had taken off from Frankfurt, Germany.

Technicians were called to analyse the aircraft, says the Station Manager of Condor Airlines, Cassim Hansrod, in a statement to Radio Plus.

The passengers have already boarded the plane again, and will reach Mauritius tonight at 10:00 p.m.
